Depth coaching for Sensitive High Achievers.

Helping gifted, complex people close the gap between who they are inside and how they live, work, and love in the world.

Who this work is for

The tech professional in meaning crisis

You've optimized for everything.

You are smart, capable, and by most measures successful. You have built exactly the career you were supposed to want. And somewhere along the way — quietly, without announcement — it stopped meaning anything. The work that once felt like a path now feels like a performance. You are not burnt out in the way people talk about burnout. You are hollowed out in a way that's harder to name, and harder to fix with a vacation or a promotion.

Something deeper is asking for your attention.

The person at a relational crossroads

You know something has to change.

Maybe you are in a relationship that looks right from the outside but feels wrong from the inside. Maybe you keep finding yourself at the same crossroads — the same patterns, different people. Maybe you are navigating an ending, a commitment, or the slow discovery that who you are in relationship doesn't yet match who you actually are. You are not looking for advice. You are looking for someone who can help you see clearly what you already, somewhere, know.

That clarity is what this work is for.

The sensitive leader

You lead differently than the people around you.

You care genuinely — about the people you lead, about the quality of what you build, about doing it right. That care is your greatest strength. It is also what makes the environment you're in quietly exhausting: the meetings that flatten complexity, the cultures that mistake speed for progress, the expectation that you leave the most important parts of yourself at the door. You are not too sensitive for leadership. The leadership around you is not yet sensitive enough.

There is a different way to carry this.

The Work

Most coaching addresses what you do. This work begins with who you are. The gap between your inner life and how you live, work, and love in the world is not a strategic challenge. It is a depth invitation — one that asks for slower, more honest attention than most approaches allow.

The Marichi Method draws on inner work, relational psychology, and unhurried conversation with precision that creates clarity from the inside out. Sessions are 75 to 90 minutes. The work is done in packages of three or six months. Nothing here is rushed.

If you have spent years being the person who holds everything together, this is a space where you don't have to.

Olivia Marichi

I spent a long time feeling different in a way that was hard to name — contemplating life more than participating in it, carrying more than my environment had room for. I also love people, deeply and genuinely. Those two things — the depth and the longing for real connection — are what brought me to this work. If you've felt both, you'll know why this practice exists.

My path here has been long and intentionally varied — across disciplines, industries, and ways of knowing. The full picture lives on LinkedIn if you're curious. What matters most is that none of it was wasted.

When you're ready

If something on this page has named an experience you recognize — and you're curious whether this work might be right for you — the next step is a discovery session. It's a 60-minute conversation: genuine coaching, not a sales call.

We'll explore what you're carrying, what you're moving toward, and whether working together makes sense. The session is $150. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is assumed.

Not quite ready?

If you have a specific question before booking, I'd be glad to hear from you. I read every message personally and respond within a few days.
