Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a discovery session or enrolling in a coaching package.

1. The Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a professional partnership focused on self-directed growth. Marichi Method offers depth coaching for sensitive high-achievers — supporting individuals in closing the gap between who they are inside and how they live, work, and love in the world.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat psychological conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek the care of a licensed mental health professional. Coaching and therapy can coexist, and many clients engage both simultaneously.

2. Services Offered

Marichi Method currently offers the following services:

Discovery Session — 60 minutes, $150. A structured conversation to explore your situation and determine whether coaching together is a fit. The discovery session fee may be applied toward your first package if you choose to proceed.
3-Month Coaching Package — 6 sessions of 75–90 minutes, plus email support between sessions.
6-Month Coaching Package — 12 sessions of 75–90 minutes, plus email support between sessions.

All sessions are conducted virtually via Google Meet. Session scheduling is managed through Calendly.

3. Fees and Payment

Current rates are confirmed at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change for new packages; existing package rates are honored through the full term of that agreement.

Payment is due in full at the time of package enrollment, or according to any payment plan arrangement confirmed in writing between client and coach. Marichi Method does not store payment information.

Discovery session fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Package fees are subject to the refund policy described in Section 5.

4. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Sessions are scheduled through Calendly at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed sessions without notice, are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Olivia Marichi reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice in the event of illness, emergency, or unavoidable conflict. Any session rescheduled by Marichi Method will be offered at no cost to the client.

5. Refund Policy

Discovery sessions are non-refundable once completed.

For coaching packages: if a client chooses to discontinue before the package is complete, a prorated refund will be issued for sessions not yet held, minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds are issued for sessions already completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to olivia@marichimethod.com.

Marichi Method does not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with the coaching process alone. Coaching requires genuine engagement and sustained effort; outcomes depend significantly on client participation.

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared within a coaching relationship is held in confidence. Marichi Method will not disclose the identity, personal information, or session content of any client without explicit written consent, except as required by law — including situations involving imminent risk of harm to self or others.

Client testimonials published on this website are shared with explicit permission and may use first name, initials, or professional role only, according to each client's stated preference.

7. Email Support

Clients enrolled in a coaching package have access to email support between sessions. This is intended for brief reflections, questions, or updates — not for extended coaching conversations or crisis support. Olivia Marichi aims to respond to emails within two business days.

Email communication is not a substitute for emergency or crisis services. If you are in crisis, please contact a crisis line, your therapist, or emergency services.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, written content, and resources shared within the coaching relationship are the intellectual property of Marichi Method and are provided for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is a collaborative and self-directed process. Marichi Method does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary depending on individual circumstances, engagement, and effort.

Olivia Marichi, operating as Marichi Method, is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken by clients as a result of coaching. Clients retain full responsibility for their own choices and their consequences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marichi Method's liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching package or session in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the coaching relationship will be addressed first through good-faith conversation; unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation before any legal action is taken.

11. Changes to These Terms

Marichi Method reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Marichi Method services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
